The Security Trend Report was created in May 2005, presenting key results from a survey to 260 opinion leaders in the US, Europe and Asia. It identifies four distinct trends related to security: an overall increased need for security; introduction of biometrics in security solutions; the link between mechanical and electronic solutions and integration and convergence. It also includes interesting thoughts on how to develop tomorrow’s security solutions.
